The building ownders didnt have any complaints of the building at the time. Their business is slow, and place could use a well intended thought out theme. They mentioned liking a Dark Medieval style which could tie in nicely if done correctly.

Recommendations 

• Replace flooring from Room #1 and Room #2. 

• Deeper, Muted paint on walls.

• Make front window more appealing and enticing.
